Is it permissible for the women to let their mahrams do the pelting of shaitaan during haj?

Even if there is no excuse, i.e women is not sick or uncapable.

Is there in any penalty in that case?

Respected sister,
It is not permissible for a woman to let her mahrams do pelting (rami) on her behalf without a valid excuse. There is a penalty for leaving out Rami. Dam will become waajib on her.
