Where can i get the book on how to do hajj and umrah by mufti meerun r.a

Assalamualaikum

Is it permissible for the women to let their mahrams do the pelting of shaitaan during haj?

Even if there is no excuse, i.e women is not sick or uncapable.

Is there in any penalty in that case?

I realised that I made some mistakes during my hajj and I want to rectify same by paying the dam.
Recently we have been told that the DAMS can be paid in India or Madagascar...
Is that ok or should it be done /paid only in mecca.

Let say I need to pay two dams and paid for 3.. is this ok.
