Wearing a toppee in Salah

It is an undesirable practice to perform Salah without covering the head. It is not Farz or compulsory. However, we should be very careful. We should not overlook this practice out of contempt because it can lead the person to Kufr.

If the toppee of a person fell during Salah, it is good to put it back on the head if it does not require great movement. Otherwise, it should not be done. If the time of Salah has come in and the person has no toppee, then he must not neglect the Salah due to this. He must perform the Salah without a toppee.

You don't even wear the toppee. What harm is there if you wear it at least during Salah? What benefit is there in making your Salah undesirable? You can say that it is not obligatory. We all know that it is not obligatory, but it is not trivial also that it must be neglected. At least it is not less important than those futilities that we do in our hair. In other domains, we do a lot of things that are not so necessary. Just in regards to covering the head in Salah, we begin to ask all kinds of questions. In fact, we are not interested in doing it. That is why we make excuses not to do it. But without doubt, it is a good thing that will beautify our Ibaadah. Thus, beautify your Salah just like you like to embellish your attire, etc.
