Certificate to live in Haraam

A man who gave his wife all three Talaaqs at once, does not have the right to continue living with her. They are now separated forever.

Some people may authorise a person to continue living with his wife because according to them, only one Talaaq was valid. But this authorisation to continue living together despite having given all the three Talaaq, is a certificate to live in Haraam. It is a way to encourage people to continue living in Haraam and under the curse of Allah Ta’ala. Those who pretend having some proof from the Qur'an or Hadith to support their claim must know that this verse of the Qur'an and this Hadith existed during the time of Hazrat Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu) and Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). It is not something that has been discovered today. Thus, Hazrat Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu) and the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum) understood it much better than us. And they all agreed that 3 Talaaq which is given at once, count as 3 and not as one. Did Hazrat Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu) and the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum) understand the Deen wrongly? Did Hazrat Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu) and the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum) apply the Deen wrongly? Only the most stupid person can reply in the affirmative.

One day, all of us will have to go in the Qabr. All those who are preventing us from practicing Deen or are making us practice the Deen according to our interest, will not be of help to us in the Qabr. We have to give an account of our deeds by Allah Ta’ala. Stop living in Haraam by continuing to live together after having given 3 Talaaq. To live in Haraam is to live under the curse and anger of Allah Ta’ala. Why should one pawn one’s eternal life in exchange of an enjoyment and a pleasure of a few days? People of intelligence do not act in this way. According to a Hadith, people who are truly intelligent are those who work for the Aakhirah.
