The problem of 3 Talaaq
Nowadays, people are living for their self-interest. Instead of following the Deen, they are using the Deen. Moreover, they do so with the complicity of those who claim to have knowledge of Deen and those who have a B.A and M.A in the Shari'ah.. They are creating havoc mostly concerning the problem of 3 Talaaq. How many people are living in Zina through their blessings? One must know that when a person gave his wife 3 Talaaq at once, it counts as 3 itself and not just one. They are not allowed to live together without Halaala. And beware! Halaala is not done in an arranged manner. This occurs in a normal way without any arrangement. A person who continues to live together with his wife after having given 3 Talaaq all at once, is actually living in Zina throughout his life.
Those who claim that 3 Talaaq counts as only one, do not have any concrete evidence. When they cannot substantiate it through proofs, they start playing with the feelings of people. They make people believe that 3 Talaaq counting as 3 is a Fatwa of India. It seems that they do not know their geography well because this is the verdict of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). This is the verdict of the Sahabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). This is the verdict of Hazrat 'Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu), Hazrat 'Usman (Radiyallahu Anhu), Hazrat Ali (Radiyallahu Anhu), Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mas'ud (Radiyallahu Anhu), Hazrat Abdullah Bin 'Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu), Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbaas (Radiyallahu Anhuma) and other Sahabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). This is the verdict of the 4 Imams; Imam Abu Hanîfah (Rahmatullaahi alayh), Imam Malik (Rahmatullaahi alayh), Imam Shafi'i (Rahmatullaahi alayh) and Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal (Rahmatullaahi alayh). Was anyone of them born in India???? Or was there a time when Arabia was named India????
Enough of deceiving people! It is the verdict that is supported by the unanimity of the Sahabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). Considering 3 Talaaq as one is in contrast and in opposition of the unanimity of the Sahabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). It is a way to pretend knowing and understanding the Deen better than the Sahabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallahu Anhum). What stupidity!
