The problem of 3 Talaaq

3 Talaaq that have been pronounced in one go is counted as 3 Talaaq or 1? This emanates from this same principle. Some took a certain Hadith to say that it counts as only one Talaaq. But the unanimity of the Ummah considered it as 3 Talaaq itself because they considered what the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallaahu Anhum) adopted. And it is the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallaahu Anhum) who know the Deen better than anyone. That is why all 4 Imams agree on this.

Thus, according to all, 3 Talaaq that have been given at once are counted as 3 Talaaq itself. And this means that the couple will not be able to live together anymore. They must separate. Otherwise, they will live in Zina. Not considering 3 Talaaq as 3 is a way of showing that one knows Deen better than the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallaahu Anhum). Definitively this is what is called showing light to the sun. There is none more stupid than this!
