Light in Aakhirah

We all would want to be resurrected with good people on the day of Qiyaamah. Being resurrected among the group of good people is an indication of success after which there will be no defeat. Thus, everyone must aspire for this. And this will be the greatest success that a person could have attained in his whole existence.

But one can miss this success if one is not punctual in one's Salaah. Thus, one must neither neglect Salaah nor minimise its importance. In an authentic Hadith found in Musnad Ahmad, Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:

"The one who is punctual on his Salaah, this will be a light (Nur), a proof and a means of salvation on the day of Qiyaamah. But the one who is not punctual in Salaah, thus he will neither have a light, nor proof nor salvation. And on the day of Qiyaamah, he will be with Qaarun, Fir'aun, Haamaan and Ubayy Bin Khalaf." Note that Qaarun, Haamaan and Ubayy Bin Khalaf are Kaafirs who have always opposed Allah Ta'ala.
