Sajdah
It is not permissible to bow or make Sajdah for anyone besides Allah. Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said that if that would be permissible for anyone besides Allah Ta'ala, then a wife would have been commanded to do it for her husband. In the light of this Hadith, one understands two points. Firstly, it is solely Allah Ta'ala alone who deserves that Sajdah be performed for Him. Secondly, the value that Allah Ta'ala has given a husband in conjugal life. That is, the respect that a wife must have for her husband. And there is also a third thing that one understands in it. That is, if a woman must have so much of respect for her husband who is yet a human like her, then how much must a person feel obliged towards his Rabb and his Creator who created Him and who gives him whatever he needs during his whole existence?
The posture of Sajdah is a very appreciable posture. It is a posture where a servant is closest to his Rabb. According to the Hadith, there is no posture that can bring a servant closer to his Rabb than the posture of Sajdah. That is why Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) recommended making Dua in this posture.
