You are a slave

Do you know who you are despite all this growing clamour of yours. You may be a minister, prime minister, president or king. You may be anyone. But do you know that you are a slave? However much supremacy and dominance you may show/whether you claim to be a boss or a manager, you will always remain a slave. You will live like a slave and you will die like a slave. You will never be able to free yourself of this slavery. Now what is left to be determined is what kind of a slave are you. If you are not a slave of Allah Ta'ala, you must somehow be the slave of someone else. You must be the slave of your passions, desires and vices. If one must become a slave, then why must one become the slave of a slave? Why must one become the slave of a slave that makes one become the lowest of slaves? Do you think that you are free when you live your life as you wish? You are mistaken. You made things worse. You fell into lowliness by becoming an inferior slave for a slave. That is why if one really has to become a slave, then one must be the slave of one who is not a slave. The one who is the True Boss. He who is independent of all. It is Allah Ta'ala, the Master of the universe. It is a slavery that gives one the true taste of life. A slavery that grants one true dignity. A slavery that removes one from impurity and keeps one in purity. A slavery that removes one from darkness and puts one in the light. That is why people who are truly intelligent have chosen to become His slave. The slave of an Allah who has no equal to Him.
