Settlement of accounts

A just leader does not apply the bad principle that is known as settlement of accounts whereby he takes revenge against those who do not agree with him. A just leader acts impartially. He honours his opponents if the opponents are right and grants them what they deserve. On the other hand, he does not hesitate to take action against his supporters if they are at fault.
