Giving Talaaq to the husband

Question:

Can a woman give Talaaq to her husband?

Answer:

Talaaq is in the hand of the man. It is not in the hand of the woman. So, however many times a woman gives Talaaq to her husband, it will have no effect. They will continue to be husband and wife.
