Hadith

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:

"Certainly, going out in the path of Allah in the morning or in the afternoon, is better than the Dunya (the world) and all that which it contains." (Bukhari)

N.B:

Going out in the path of Allah Ta’ala signifies any journey that a person undertakes for the sake of Allah Ta’ala. Going out to relieve someone of a problem with the intention of pleasing Allah Ta’ala, going out to invite a person towards Islam, going out to raise awareness in a Muslim brother - all these are considered as going out in the path of Allah Ta’ala.

The reward that the person receives by performing one of these actions is equal to more than the entire world and everything that it contains.
