- APPLICATION FOR HALAL CERTIFICATE
What we should have done ...
Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
"A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim. He is neither unjust to him nor does he abandon him." (Muslim)
Each one of us must feel the brotherhood that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) has established between us. A brother has affection for his real brother. Similarly, a Muslim must have affection for the next Muslim. Therefore, he should give him his right. He should not cause harm to him. He should always be willing to help him. He should not allow anyone to oppress him.
What we are doing ...
However, it is very heartbreaking to note that today we are in the grip of our enemy to such an extent that they are monitoring our institutions, Ulama and Fatwa also. To please our enemy, we even give Fatwa to discourage our brothers from going in Jihaad. Nonetheless, we do not have the courage to denounce openly the crime and cruelty of the enemies towards Islam and the Muslim world. We were unable to help our brothers. On the contrary, we are helping our enemy to defeat our brothers even more. There are even those, whose Islamology is merely there to feel irritated with those who are sacrificing themselves in the path of Allah Ta’ala. It is as if their greatest Ibaadah is to serve and please others. In reality, it is the desire to be good in front of others that makes our "European-themed Islamologists" utter things which are in favour of others. Do we still need to ponder in order to say that it is our people who have betrayed us and given the game away? Otherwise, the situation would have been different.
What will happen ...
Nonetheless, we should realise that we are all in the same boat. If we have worked and have acted against the welfare of this boat, we will also drown together when the boat will sink. This is because the enemy will wage war between us. He aimed to exterminate us one after the other. Yesterday it was the other one. Today it is this one. Who knows, tomorrow may be your turn!
Solution...
The cure for all this lies in following Deen. To follow Deen means acting according to the command of Allah Ta’ala and the Sunnah and teachings of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). Allah Ta’ala said:
"Obey Allah and His Rasool and do not fall into dispute with each other, for then you will become cowardly and your strength will be lost. Exercise sabr, for verily Allah is with those who exercise Sabr." (S 8: V 46)
