Hadith

"The one, who consigns the knowledge of Deen to one who is not competent for it, is like the one who puts a garland made of pearl in the neck of a swine." (Mishkaat)

"The flesh of the Ulama is poisonous. Allah Ta’ala discloses the shortcomings of those who disclose the shortcomings of the Ulama. The one who does not control his tongue in criticising the ‘Ulama, Allah Ta’ala causes the heart of that person to die before he dies." (Al Hafiz Abu Qaasim Bin Asaakir - Sharh-ul-Muhazzab by An-Nawawi)
