A good servant

A good servant is the one who establishes a special and privileged “Ta'alluq” (contact) with his Rabb.

Such a contact is realised when the servant practices the entire Deen with his entire body in all circumstances. The rewards and gifts that Allah Ta’ala has promised in the Qur’an-e-Kareem and which Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) has announced in the Hadith, apply to such a servant. To practice a part of Deen only or with a part of the body only or in a certain place for a certain time, is not a waste but we must acknowledge that it is not sufficient. Especially when we know that a small hole in the bottom of a boat may provoke a great shipwreck / disaster. That is why no sin should be underestimated as a sin remains a sin and has the potential to destroy a person's future. The real taste of living in the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala lies in practicing the entire Deen with the entire body at all times and places.
