Performing the two Sunnah of Fajr immediately after Subh Saadiq

Q: Is it permissible to perform the two Sunnah of Fajr immediately after the Azaan is given after Subh Saadiq?

A: There is no Hadith that says that it is not permissible to perform these two Sunnah immediately - nor is there a certain Hadith which gives such impression. According to the Bukhari Shareef and other books of Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) performed the two Sunnah of Fajr immediately after the Azaan. It should be noted that during the time of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam), Azaan was being given immediately after Subh Saadiq. This means that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) did not delay it. He performed it immediately. Therefore, it is a great mistake to pretend otherwise.
