Blind and deaf

A small group of Ulama who are sincere suffices to do the work of Deen. However, in the absence of sincerity, they will not be more than a residue that serves no purpose. An 'Aalim does not become a good or a great and 'Aalim when he speaks a lot. However, when he says what should be said, he serves the community effectively. Otherwise, one may see big programs that are being organised, are refuted. They can refute what does not exist. They seek the address of Allah Ta’ala but at the same time they seem to be blind and deaf, which prevent them from hearing the musical concerts that are being organised. Perhaps, together with being blind and deaf, they are dumb also. It is not in vain that people pretend to be dumb. We should detect the reason and remedy the cause of this silence. Experience shows that it is self-interest which is often the basis of this kind of irresponsibility. However, those who are sincere cannot be so irresponsible.

The detestable becomes admirable by obeying the adorable. The contrary denigrates the honourable.

It is not worthy of a person to render himself unworthy in Aakhirah for the sake of pseudo dignity in the Dunya.
