Husband betraying his wife

Assalamu'alaikum. I just want to ask if in Islam a husband has the right to betray his wife behind her back? Normally a good wife is supposed to trust her husband, obey him, look after him and so on but what if the husband is hideously betraying the wife? What if the wife finds out later? What is she supposed to do?
