Jumuah and I'tikaaf in jamaat khana

Assalamoualaikoum. I am the President of a Jamaat Khana, where we pray 5 times prayer everyday and Tarawhee also. Due to little amount of muswalis in my region, we do not perform Jummah. Concerning Jummah we have to travel 1km to to go a nearby musjeed. Presently, the nereby musjeed is demolished and being reconstructed. It will not be ready for Ramadhan. Jummah is being performed is a provisional place (All purpose musjeed hall) which is limited in space. Due this limited space Itekaf cannot be perform there. My question is that if we make arrangement to have more musawlis, can we perform Jummah and Itekaf for this Ramadhan until the Musjeed get constructed. Jazak Allah
