A share of qurbani in a bull cost 10 000,qurbani on my brother is not waajib because he does not have enough money,

A share of qurbani in a bull cost 10 000,qurbani on my brother is not waajib because he does not have enough money, can i give him rs 5000(as gift) and he add the remaining rs5000 to do the qurbani for him?(i am taking a share separately)

According to Hanafi Mazhab every nisaab member of the family must offer their own sacrifice.

Assalamualeikum. I know that the Hanafi position on Qurbani is that every nisaab member of the family must offer their own sacrifice. Could you give me the daleel for this? Other members of my family have quoted hadiths indicating that one qurbani by the head of the family is enough for the whole family.

Can we give qurbani meat to poor non muslim people?? Ki duah kapav lire pour rembourse dettes au plus vite?? Can we help non muslim poor people?? What can we do to help the brothers and sisters in Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan...etc?? What duah can we ask for them??
