Sajdah Tilaawat

Assalamualaikum,

Respected ulama, wish to know ,

1, whether the performance of sajada tilawat after asr salat or after fajr at the time of sunrise is permissible?

2, Is their any difference if the ayat pertaining to sajdah was recoted at that moment, or the sajda tilawat was pending from previous recitation.

3, If a person forgetfully accumulated many sajdah tilawat, is their qadha for it?
