Dear Sir or Madam, We are a fishing company based in Port Louis and in Reunion. We fish lobsters, tuna and patagonian toothfish. A customer from Dubai is requesting a halal certificate to import our our lobsters (caught, frozen and packed on board) An organization in France told us that all seafood products don’t need this certificate – especially for unprocessed fish but our customer insists on getting this certificate.
