how to deal with waswasa?

aslm mufti , am trying to change myself do my five prayers, not watching tv, deleted my facebook account am trying to practice islam but am feeling restless and stress i dont know why. if i miss a salah i feel guilty, i dont want to go to places where there's lot of people, sometimes i feel like crying without any reason. when i pray i cant concentrate even when i try hard. i dont want to commit sin but i dont know how to do it.

Assalamualaikum... Im in purdah alhamdulillah... however when i got married i insisted for purdah between oposite sex... my parents agreed though they did not like it because of society issues... even my husband was for the purdah however his family was against it... when they discuss it with my parents even my parents became against it.... i tried hard to convince then but to prevent family conflicts i had to give up... lhr manger pa ti ena separation but alhmdulillah i wasnt there mai still ti ene mix gathering ek during receptionn i was there mai par lord Allah pa ti ena boku missier present ek zot ti alarier net... m ti met m purdah... mai is it good??? Eski m in fer kit gunnah??? Koz m misie ti monte lor 'cobar' ki moi ek li nu pas ti like sa dutou mai only to avoid family issues. I knw pena obeissance dan desobeissance Allah mai still i obeyed them...

Aslm, Mufti saab mo ti envi demande ou quelques question. Mo ena 27 ans ek mo dans banne difficultes.mo envie repenti de mo bannes peches seki mon faire. dans mo la vie mon faire bannes grand peches(gunnah kabira).mon pleurer ek mon demande pardon avec allah mais les problemes mo pa restli faire bannes farz comma namaz.ena toujour manquement.mo consience a chaque fois reproche moi si mo mort ene jour ki mo pu al repond devant allah.mo gagne peur avec Azaab de qabr.mo stresser beaucoup . Entant ene savant de islam ki ou conseille moi? eski allahtalah pu pardonne moi Jazak Allah
