Concentration in namaz etc

Is namaz valid if we cannot concentrate in namaz enough and keep thinking of worldly transaction?? What can we do to have concentration?? Ki nou bizin fair si nou pe ggn pipi mais namaz fini commencer....et bzin ale fair namaz sinnon pou miss avec Jamaat....Ki nou bzin fair ale toilet avan ou ale fair namaz la avec jamaat????
