Assalamoualaikoum On August 2017 my husband gave me 1 talaaq by saying “I give u talaaq”. When I asked him “You gave me 1 talaaq” he then replied, yah I just did it for a nonsense reason, and then he said again: “in angriness I did so”. Then on the 1st of December 2017, in a dispute he told me that he gave me all talaaq that exist in the world after saying so he said that his intention was not to give me talaaq by mind or heart BuT he just pronounced it like that so he said that the talaaq is not valid we can still stay together and no need to separate... Mufti Shb,I want to know if my nikaah is still valid him, if not then how do I proceed with my iddat? And during this time what should I do and what I shouldn’t do...Please advice ..jazakallah

Can you provide me a format letter to send to muslim council for the reasons my husband refusing for giving my thalak.
