Commercial commodity

Commercial commodity is an item or an object that a person buys with the intention of selling it again. It is not necessary for a person to be a trader or a businessman for an object to become a commercial commodity. The intention to sell it when buying a certain thing, suffices to make it become a commercial commodity. It is not necessary to be a trader by profession. For example, a person bought something at a bargain when it was being sold at a very cheap price but he had the intention to resell it at the time of buying it.

Do you know???

Do you know that:

  • Most of the people in Saudi Arabia do Taqleed and follow Imam Ahmad Ibn Hambal (Rahmatullahi 'Alayh)?

ACCEPTING A GIFT

"The one, who receives something good from his brother (Muslim) without asking and without greed, should accept it. He must not refuse to accept it as it is a favour that Allah Ta’ala has bestowed upon him." (Hadith)

It is not permissible

To say that it is not permissible to do something does not necessary mean that it is Haraam. If something is Makruh-e-Tahreemi, then too it is not permissible to do it. Similarly, we can say that it is not permissible to do something that goes against the Mubaarak Tareeqah and Sunnah of our Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). Above all, if a principle or a Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) is neglected regularly, this is even more grave. This is because to make it a habit to neglect a Sunnah indicates a type of affront.

Dream

Dream is the reproduction of an image that occurs in the mind of a person which is seen in sleep. There are three types:

1. Rahmaani

2. Shaitani

3. Nafsaani

Stop deceiving yourself

A person is speaking on the phone and you stop others from making noise. By doing this, you are trying to give the impression to others that you do not want to disturb the person on the phone. However, in reality, your curiosity is troubling you and you want to hear the conversation that is taking place on the phone. Thus, you are only deceiving yourself.

Mubaah

Mubaah is something that is permissible. There is no reward in doing it just as there is no sin in neglecting it. A Mubaah becomes an action of merit or sin, merely through intention. For example, it is permissible for a person who does not really need a car, to buy one for outings or for a drive. It is Mubah to this extent.
