Akhlaaq-Tasawwuf

… When you have Allah with you…

You love someone. And you love him / her very much. Your day begins by talking to him / her and it also ends by a last Salaam before retiring to bed. Suppose you go to an invitation. You see everyone that you want to see but only one person is missing. Everyone is there but the person whom you love a lot is not there. If you really love him / her, you will find this gathering very dull having no ambiance.

Like children…

When a child is given a bath, he screams and cries as though you are causing him great harm. Yet you are cleansing him. He is immature. This is why the goodness that you are doing to him seems to be a cause of difficulty to him. This is an attitude that a person continues to adopt even when he grows up. However, this time it is in a different way.

Know your Rabb

Ibaadat of a whole night may seem a lot,

But in front of the greatness of Allah it is nothing.

Without knowing your Rabb, your Nabi and your Deen,

You declare yourself to be a man who knows everything.

But what do you know when you do not know your Rabb.

Perhaps you may not know what does madness mean.

Wealth in the hand or in the pocket

"It is permissible to keep your wealth in your hand or in your pocket. And if you want, you can also amass it with good intention. But do not let it enter your heart. This is not allowed." (Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jeelaani (Rahmatullahi alayh))

True beauty

True beauty is the beauty that will make you appear beautiful in Aakhirah. And this does not depend on a beautiful appearance. Taqwa must be found in a person. Otherwise, there is the chance that his outward beauty becomes a burden.

More precious than gold

Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) prevented a certain type of leasing lands. A Sahaabi (Radiyallahu Anhu) understood that leasing lands in itself is prohibited in general. His family was involved in leasing lands. He went by them to inform them that Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) had prohibited the leasing of lands. He pointed out that there is a lot of profit in this transaction but following Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) is more profitable and more valuable.

The perfect model

You have given a contractor a construction plan. You expect him to build your house according to your plan. However, if the contractor builds the house according to another plan, will you agree to pay him? Will you be satisfied with what he did? Definitely this will not please you and you will not agree to pay him. You can even sue him. It goes without saying how angry you will be if a hairstylist has to spoil your haircut or a tailor has to spoil your clothes. This is especially so when you have to attend a very important invitation.
