Aqeedah

Ar-Raheem

Ar-Raheem and Ar-Rahmaan comes from the same root. Thus, in principle, there is no difference in meaning except that Ar-Rahmaan is a bit more vast and more general than Ar-Raheem in its sense. That is, Ar-Raheem is a little more restricted compared to Ar-Rahmaan which means a being who has a very particular and special grace for the believers in the Aakhirah only. As for Ar-Rahmaan, it means a being who has pity for all His servants, believers and non-believers.

Needs and wants

The kings of this world can grant us our needs, but no one has the capacity to grant us everything that we want because the desire of a person is such a stomach that no one can fill. It is solely Allah Ta’ala who has the ability to grant all His servants everything that they want. There is only one place where we can have all what we want. This place is Jannah. And Jannah is reserved exclusively for those who died on Imaan. Thus, no one can be in greater bliss than those who will enter Jannah.

The greatest success

To die in the state of Imaan is the greatest success because the one who has left this world with Imaan will be in eternal bliss in Jannah.

There is no success that surpasses this success. There is a limit to all success but this success is a success that a person will continue to enjoy in Jannah. In Jannah, Allah Ta’ala has reserved all what we want and all what we ask for.

Death in the state of Kufr

Death in the state of Kufr is the biggest problem because it is a problem that will never be solved.

"O Allah! Grant us Imaan and grant us death in the state of Imaan."

[English version of "La mort en état de kufr" – Al Jamiat – Vol.3 No.14]

Kaafir and Jannah

A person, who does not believe in the oneness of Allah Ta’ala or in the prophecy of our Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam), is a Kaafir. Similarly, someone who does not accept our Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) as the last Nabi in the sense that there will be no Nabi after him is a Kaafir.

Dajjaal

Dajjaal is derived from Dajl which means falsehood, lies, deception, etc. In this sense, this name can apply to every person who is a great liar or who is very dishonest. But the Dajjaal, whose advent was announced in the Hadith, is a specific person of the Jewish community that will be called "Maseeh". He will have only one eye and in the other eye, there will be a lump like a protruding grape. Three letters ك ف ر will be written between his eyes. It will be so obvious that everyone will be able to read it. His hair will be very curly and tangled.

Imam Mahdi (Rahmatullahi Alayh)

Literally, Mahdi means someone who is on the right path. In this sense, this can apply to every good Muslim. But the Mahdi that was announced by Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) in the Hadith is a very particular person who will make his appearance in Makkah.

The appearance of this person is the first sign among the great signs of Qiyamah.
