Describing a woman to a stranger

Women have the habit of describing their female friends to their husbands. This is not correct. It is a way to ultimately destroy one's home and the homes of others. Moreover, it is against honesty because a woman removes her Pardah in one's presence, trusting that one will not describe her to anyone, especially male strangers. To describe a woman to a male stranger is the character of a good woman. Allah Ta'ala instituted the system of Pardah for a woman to hide her beauty from male strangers.

The hidden pearl

"A woman who stays in her house and does household works, looks after her husband and her children, is a prisoner or an undeveloped woman who does not know life." This is a type of reasoning. According to another type of reasoning, a woman who comes down in the world of work, shackles herself and renders herself a slave.

Our Rabb is sufficient for us

A good person will never disapprove of something good. He will always appreciate someone who is practicing a good act.

There is another category of people who do not practice the Deen that well but shows some appreciation when he sees someone doing good work. His negligence in Deen does not prevent him from appreciating the practices of Deen.

Clothes do not make the monk

It is a proverb. It is not a Qur'anic verse or a Hadith.

The clothing of women

A woman must not leave her house frequently. She must consider her house as a fortress that protects her chastity and honour.

And when she has to go out for some necessity, then she must cover herself well. To cover oneself well means that she covers herself from top to bottom including the face also. She must wear a garment that does not reveal the shape of her body. And it must be a garment which is not attractive.

Clothing

The clothing of a person has an effect on him. For example, if he is dressed in a suit and a tie, he will have a certain attitude that perhaps he would not have when he is dressed in a Kurta and a toppee on the head. He may appear a bit more humble with his Kurta and toppee. And in himself, he may feel a little closer to Deen. On the other hand, with the fashions that are in vogue and are constantly changing, a person becomes a victim to serious maladies such as boasting and pride. His time, energy and money are wasted on futile things.

A strange mindset

As far as Deen is concerned, a person will present all types of excuses so as not to do something which is contrary to his likings. If his excuse did not work out, then he still does it, or he does the minimum amount possible just to cover up. And regarding the Dunya, he seeks the best. He is not satisfied with the minimum. If required, he will submerge in the filth of interest right up to his throat in order to get a more beautiful car or a more beautiful house. But he does not take into consideration the gravity of his action.
