Akhlaaq-Tasawwuf

At-Tafweez - التفويض

Tafweez means that a person submits himself fully to the will of Allah Ta’ala. That is, he places everything in the hands of Allah Ta’ala and he accepts everything that Allah Ta’ala decides. He does not depend on anyone nor does he have hope on anyone else besides Allah Ta’ala. This is a state of mind that the Shari’ah recommends to instil in us and that renders the life of a person very easy.

Life

Life is a drawing

That fades very quickly.

Life without You O Allah!

Is a drawing without colour

Or a food without taste.

Many works carried out within a short span of time

Maulana Abdul Hayy (Rahmatullahi alayh) had given a talk on the occasion of the Aqeeqah of Hakeem Abdussalaam. In this ceremony, Maulana Sayyid Ahmad Shaheed (Rahmatullahi alayh) and Maulana Sayyid Ismael Shaheed (Rahmatullahi alayh) were also present. In his talk, Maulana Abdul Hayy (Rahmatullahi alayh) said that Allah Ta’ala puts a lot of Barakah in the time of his privileged servants, which allows them to carry out the work of a few days within few hours.

Love and sacrifice

Sacrifice depends on the level of love that a person has. If a person makes enormous sacrifices for his children, it is because he loves his children a lot. And if he does not have the will to make a simple "move" for a stranger, it is due to lack of love.

You Muslim, you are the culprit!

You have not practiced your Deen properly. If you had practiced your Deen and you had behaved properly, they would have got the opportunity to know the beauty and true features of Islam. Instead of this, you have hidden what was supposed to be exposed in public so that everyone may see. On the other hand, you exposed in public what was supposed to be concealed. That is, you have kept Islam in Pardah by neglecting it completely and you have exposed your family who was supposed to be kept in Pardah. Leave alone this!

Well-being

Well-being does not mean eating, drinking, merry-making and having the necessities of life because there are many who have all this and even more than this also, but life became unbearable for them. Sometimes, those who have everything, but are constantly turning over on their Dunlop just to be able to sleep a little, are jealous of the condition of those homeless destitutes who are sleeping peacefully under the bridge or on the sidewalk. Therefore, there is no well-being without moral tranquillity.

Way of life

This life is temporary. We must live it well because we will not get it again. To live this life well means to live it for the pleasure of the One who has granted this life to us. Who can this Being be besides Allah Ta’ala?
