Asking for Talaaq without any valid reason

According to a Hadith, a woman who asks her husband for Talaaq without a valid reason will be deprived of the perfume of Jannah. That is, she will not even be able to come close to Jannah. And yet, the perfume of Jannah is so strong that it can be smelt at a distance of 500 years. This shows how far such a person will be from Jannah. And this suffices to show the seriousness of this request.

The problem of 3 Talaaq

3 Talaaq that have been pronounced in one go is counted as 3 Talaaq or 1? This emanates from this same principle. Some took a certain Hadith to say that it counts as only one Talaaq. But the unanimity of the Ummah considered it as 3 Talaaq itself because they considered what the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallaahu Anhum) adopted. And it is the Sahaabah-e-Kiraam (Radiyallaahu Anhum) who know the Deen better than anyone. That is why all 4 Imams agree on this.

Living separately from one's husband for a long time

Question:

A woman lived separately from her husband for a long time and after that her husband gave her Talaaq. Must this woman observe Iddah before contracting Nikah?

Reply:

If this woman did not live with her husband at all after Nikah, then she will not have to observe Iddah after Talaaq. But in case they had the opportunity to live as husband and wife, then the woman must observe Iddah after Talaaq. Living separately for a long time does not mean anything.

Talaaq issued in writing

In principle, Talaaq is something issued verbally. But it can also be given in written form. There are many ways to issue Talaaq in writing. Firstly, it can be written in the form of a letter which is addressed to the person concerned. In this case, Talaaq is valid even if he wrote it without the intention of Talaaq. If he has written, "I have given you Talaaq", then as soon as he wrote that, Talaaq takes place. It is not necessary for his wife to receive this letter also. And her Iddat will start as soon as he has written it.

Number of Talaaq that can still be issued after giving 2 Talaaq in the past

Question:

A person gave his wife one Talaaq. Thereafter, they reconciled within ten days. After a few years, the husband gave his wife a second Talaaq. In this case, how many Talaaq can this person still issue?

The problem of 3 Talaaq

Nowadays, people are living for their self-interest. Instead of following the Deen, they are using the Deen. Moreover, they do so with the complicity of those who claim to have knowledge of Deen and those who have a B.A and M.A in the Shari'ah.. They are creating havoc mostly concerning the problem of 3 Talaaq. How many people are living in Zina through their blessings? One must know that when a person gave his wife 3 Talaaq at once, it counts as 3 itself and not just one. They are not allowed to live together without Halaala. And beware!

Certificate to live in Haraam

A man who gave his wife all three Talaaqs at once, does not have the right to continue living with her. They are now separated forever.
